The room can be configured a number of different ways with a variety of seating options, the Private Dining Coordinator will be happy to assist you is configuring a diagram that will best suit your event. Maximum number of seating at each table is 6 guests.

You are welcome to bring in decorations to make your time at Joe’s more festive event! Here are a few things to keep in mind:

*Please do not stand on chairs while decorating, All decorations must be removed and taken from Joe’s at the end of the event.

Centerpieces, balloons, linens and table runners, votive candles.

The private dining room can acommodate seating for up to 36 people.

Events may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event with no fee. Events cancelled less than 7 day prior to the event will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Events cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the event will be charged the full food and beverage minimum.

A party is considered a “No Show” after 45 minutes from the event start time and will be subject to the full food and beverage minimum.

All private events are booked in the private dining room for a maximum of 3 hours. Any additional time needed for cleanup or decorating is an additional $50/half hour if available. Any time beyond 3 hours will be an additional fee, and will need to be discussed PRIOR to the event.to utilize the large TVs for your event.

FOOD & Beverage minimums

Food and beverage minimums for the private room are as follows:

Monday – Thursday- $500 not including 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity
Friday, Saturday & Sunday -$750 not including 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity.

All food and beverage consumed will be applied towards food and beverage minimum. If the minimum is not met, the remainder will be applied as an unmet minimum.

A $25 fee will added to the bill for any desserts brought into the restaurant, this will include Joe’s On Jolly cutting and serving.

Bills may be split no more than 1 bill per 10 guests.

The room has two sliding wooden barn doors that can be closed completely to allow for privacy for your meeting or event. Additionally, we can provide an HDMI cable to allow you to utilize the large TVs for your event.

Glitter, hanging things from the walls (no tape, or holes in walls), hanging things from chandeliers.

Time Allotment

Final guest counts must be submitted 5 days in advance to allow our kitchen and bar staff to place orders properly in order to best serve you.

EXCUSED NON-PERFORMANCE: The guest will agree and understand that Joe’s On Jolly shall be excused from
performing the obligations of this contract in the event that such is hindered or delayed by an act of God, flood, fire, severe
weather occurrence, strike, or any other occurrence beyond our reasonable control.

NON-COMPETE CLAUSE: Joe’s On Jolly will not be obligated to any third party terms of other programs / groups related
and or confirmed and are not required to notify of such occurrences of competing company’s or same product being book. All parties are protected under client confidentially.

No private event will be confirmed without a signed contract and credit card on file to secure the date and time to reserve the room.
